KES SYSTEMS KX5 FLEXIBLE BURN-IN SYSTEM
The KES Systems KX5 is an adaptable, scalable, and configurable burn-in and test system designed for the challenges of the latest devices, including automotive, microcontrollers with embedded memory, SOC, and more.
It is the most cost-effective solution for up to 5W devices in high volume production. With optional thermal management solutions, it can handle burn-in for semiconductor devices at 20W and beyond.
KX5 provides two independent temperature zones with options for individual device thermal management for engineering and production applications.
With Flexibility, Comes Power
With a PC built into every slot and six programmable 48V power supplies, optional higher power programmable 5V supplies up to 60A, and the KX5 is scalable for many applications. KX5 has 16 unique clock channels and 304 unique I/O. Options for higher voltage power supplies are available.
